TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to all policies and terms and conditions. Chico Graphic Designs is not at fault if you have failed to fully read and understand these policies. Please note that I do not offer phone consultations, and all inquiries must be made via message and/or email.

TURNAROUND TIMES:
Turnaround times vary depending on the service desired. The standard turnaround time for each a la carte (single) service is approximately 3-5 business days. A more detailed turnaround time description can be found under each product in the description section. Turnaround times are subject to change based on current workload. Please note that the turnaround time does NOT begin until you have successfully completed the design form. Click here to complete.
GHOSTING POLICY:
Each client is allotted 72 hours to respond to each message regarding any proofs, edits and revisions. For each response that is later than 72 hours, your turnaround time will be extended for an additional 1-2 business days. After 5 days of no communication, your order will be cancelled and forfeited with no refund issued. Restarting services will be solely at the discretion of the designer and additional fees may exist.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Due to the nature of the type of items and services being provided, Chico Graphic Designs does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. If the client chooses not to accept any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in ALL information being turned over to your bank and Shopify for investigation and you will be banned from booking with Chico Graphic Designs indefinitely. If client is found to be using any designs that were created, legal action will be taken.
WEBSITE DESIGNS:
Clients are responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, app fees, etc. Chico Graphic Designs will provide the website design and limited product uploads only. Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setups. The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Shopify platform. Chico Graphic Designs is not responsible for your website being closed or suspended due to the nature of the products/services the client offers.
REVISIONS:
All designs include (3) free complimentary revisions. Any extra revisions will be an additional $10. To help lessen the chances of needing extra revisions, please be sure to be detailed when filling out your design form. Revisions are minor edits/changes to designs (Ex: font change, color, size, etc). A revision is not a brand new design.
Once you have approved of your design(s) and they have been finalized and emailed over to you, the project is now closed and cannot be edited without an additional fee. Please be sure to double check that everything is to your liking and spelled correctly before approving your final design.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Chico Graphic Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Cancelled orders will not receive a refund.
PAYMENTS:
All services must be paid in full before any work is begun. No exceptions.
